In todays lesson we got into small groups of 5 to disuss a logo for a t-shirt to represent all the level 2 media students, we would then all vote on which one we would like to be the logo to represent us. We firstly thought of all the sectors within media and tried to find a way of combining them, we was given a piece of A5 paper to write down our ideas we listed few ideas for example Camera,Film,Microphone,Headphones, News,Video games, Internet,Televison,Radio and many more. We narrowed this down and began to rough sketch how we wanted the logo to look we had a television and inside the tele we had a camera,headphones,music notes, a film capper,a play sign and news at 10 sign.
We began to narrow this down as we needed it to be more simple so it could be printed, we came up with the idea just music notes,microphone and film. Once our sketches were finishd we then began to look at all the other groups work and then vote for our favourite, we had 5 groups of 5 and it was group 5’s logo we all voted to represent all level 2 media students we will begin to create this in our next print lesson with stephen.
